New Year always seems to be like a new journey. What is the new year going to be for you?
We always try to incorporate new habits and the things that we wanted to start with the beginning of the new year. Regardless the reasons, we should keep in mind a simple principle:
Don't overestimate yourself! If you decide that you want to read one book per week – are you really going to keep up to this promise?
